Our dosing funnels by MATOW are specifically designed to help eliminate the overflow of coffee grinds while dosing into your portafilter. Eliminating overflow helps you reduce mess, waste, and in turn, will result in much more consistent dosing weights.
The 54mm espresso dosing funnels are designed to work specifically with the Breville/Sage 54mm portafilters found on the Barista Express, Barista Pro, Barista Touch, Bambino, Bambino Plus, Infuser and Duo-Temp Pro as well as the 54mm Solis machines.
MATOW funnel comes with 8 magnets on the back of the ring keep the funnel snugly on your portafilter basket, even upside down or during some tapping.
This funnel sits on the outer rim & allows for tamps. The inside diameter is exactly the same as the portafilter basket, so you can tamp with the funnel on. When using machines such as the Breville Barista Express, the portafilter holder (used to hold the portafilter when dosing/grinding) can not be used while the funnel is installed.
